Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

I will grant a refund or exchange (of the same item) if your item is damaged or broken upon arrival. You must notify me via email at whilemompray@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. **Customer will be responsible for shipping fees. 

I am NOT responsible for packages damaged during shipping by USPS or UPS. I make sure to carefully package all goods that leave our shop to prevent damages. 

If items are no longer available, I will refund you your money or give shop credit of equal value.
